Fellowship in Motion
Our mission is to create fellowship in motion—encouraging one another and honoring our bodies as temples through walking and running. We train for endurance and spiritual growth, shining the light of Christ as we run the race of faith and invite others into the hope of the gospel.
Join us as we put fellowship in motion—literally! Each week, we gather to walk or run, encourage one another, and train for endurance both physically and spiritually.
We will meet on either Saturday or Sunday each week (weather permitting) at 3:00pm in Ruby Grant Park. We will start with a short devotional and then begin our walk/run. Groups are free to leave as they finish. Participants will receive a printed devotional and training booklet.
*All fitness levels welcome! This is a social walk/run group where no one is left behind. We’ll break into pace groups as needed.
Group Hike
Fellowship in Motion is hitting the trails. Join us for a group hike at Lake Thunderbird State Park on Saturday, May 2nd at 11:00am, weather permitting. We will meet at the marina parking lot for a group hike on one of Oklahoma’s Heart Healthy Trails. It’s an out-and-back trail just over a mile each way.
Bring some water, wear pants or tick repellent, and come ready for great conversation and community. Parking is $8 per car unless you have a state park pass.
