Missions at Bethel

Mission Trips

Members at Bethel regularly participate in mission trips through prayer, giving and going themselves.  All contributors toward mission trips may receive contribution credit if the trip has received church approval as a worthy vehicle for accomplishing the church's mission to evangelize the world.  Such requests for mission trip approval must first be submitted to the church's Missions Committee.  For more information, please call the church office at 329-3749 or e-mail bethelstaff@bbcnorman.com.

Cooperative Program

Each year Bethel prayerfully decides how much of our undesignated gifts will be committed to reaching people in Oklahoma and around the world through the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention.  At present 9.5% of our budget is designated for CP funds which include the following array of ministries:  10,000 International and North American missionaries, six Southern Baptist seminaries, the Annuity Board, Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission and many camps, collegiate ministries, volunteer missions and missions education.  For more information about the Cooperative Program, click here.
